# Where is my 1099-K tax form?

Stripe issues 1099-K forms to eligible accounts and makes them available in your Dashboard by January 31 for the prior tax year.
## Find your 1099-K form
* Go to the [Documents page](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/documents) in your Dashboard.
* Click the 1099-K PDF for the relevant tax year to download.
You need Administrator or Tax Analyst access to view and download tax forms from the Dashboard. Confirm your account role with your account owner if needed.
## If you don't see a 1099-K form
* Before January 31: Your 1099-K form may not be available yet
* After January 31: You may not be eligible for a 1099-K form. A 1099-K is only issued if your account met the IRS or state reporting thresholds for that tax year. If your account did not meet the threshold, Stripe does not issue a 1099-K for that year.
