# What is Onelink?

Starting May 30, 2026, Link will be referred to as **Onelink** in the United Kingdom. This is a name change only. There are no changes to functionality, pricing, or your integration.
## What's changing?
Link is now referred to as Onelink for UK customers.
* In the UK, Link will appear as Onelink across Stripe surfaces, including the Stripe Dashboard and Stripe Docs.
* Outside the UK, the Link brand remains unchanged.
* There are no changes to payment processing, settlement, fees, or any backend operations.
## What do I need to do?
No immediate action is required. However, we recommend reviewing your website and checkout experience for any references to the Link name or logo that are visible to UK customers. These may include:
* Your checkout form
* On-site messaging such as product details pages or checkout pages
* Accepted payment methods footers or sub-pages
If your site includes custom references to Link branding, we recommend updating them to Onelink for UK customers beginning on May 30th. If you don't, you can still accept Link payments in the UK, but your customers may see Onelink branding when they interact with Onelink modals during checkout, which could create a confusing experience.
If you're a platform or marketplace on Stripe, we recommend that you also notify your connected accounts of this change.
### For businesses using mobile SDKs
By May 18th, updated SDKs will be available in the [Stripe mobile SDKs](https://docs.stripe.com/sdks#stripe-mobile-sdks) and you may want to update your mobile integration to the new iOS and Android SDK versions at that time. If you don't, your customers in the UK may continue to see the Link branding in their checkout experience.
## How do I update on-site messaging?
Your process will depend on your Stripe integration:
* **Recommended:** You use Stripe's Payment Method Messaging Element. Stripe will handle the branding update automatically. No action is needed.
* You use a custom widget or custom-built branding. You will need to update references to Link with Onelink branding for UK customers as of May 30th.
