Which Atlas users are eligible for Stripe processing credits?

All Atlas companies are eligible for these credits after incorporating. You cannot transfer your credits from your Atlas Stripe account to another Stripe Account.

How do I activate these credits?

The credits will activate automatically for all Atlas companies, on the day your Atlas company is incorporated. The 1 year term starts on this day.

No further action is required to activate your credits, and you’ll see them applied upon paying out your Stripe balance (as a deduction of fees). Read more about how waived fees work.

Can these credits be stacked with other Stripe offers?

Yes. Atlas users with other Stripe payments processing offers can stack their credits. Stripe will automatically use the credit offer with the earlier expiration date first.

Can you extend the timeline / size of the Atlas processing credits?

Unfortunately, we cannot extend the eligibility window beyond 1 year or beyond your first $100,000 in revenue.
