View your support cases from the Dashboard

From the Support center you can view active and closed support cases, upload files requested by Stripe, and respond to ongoing cases. The Support center is found under the Help menu (question mark icon) in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard.

To respond to an existing support case

  1. In the Support center, find the case in the Active tab of the Support messages table
  2. Click on the case to view the case details.
  3. At the bottom of the case details page is a text box where you can type your reply.
