# View your support cases from the Dashboard

From the [Support center](https://dashboard.stripe.com/support) you can view active and closed support cases, upload files requested by Stripe, and respond to ongoing cases. The Support center is found under the **Help** menu (question mark icon) in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard.
### To respond to an existing support case
1. In the [Support center](https://dashboard.stripe.com/support), find the case in the **Active** tab of the **Support messages** table
1. Click on the case to view the case details.
1. At the bottom of the case details page is a text box where you can type your reply.
