Note, the Verifone P400 is no longer available for purchase.
Restart the reader by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
If the restart does not work, email Stripe support with a description of the frozen screen issue, or use the Contact support button on the order detail page in your Dashboard.
The reader might need to update if it restarts. This should take less than 15 minutes.
