# Verifone hardware Stripe supports Verifone card readers as part of Terminal. Users interested in purchasing Verifone card readers should [reach out to our Sales Team](https://stripe.com/contact/sales). ## Refunds Stripe cannot accept refunds for orders of Verifone card readers. Verifone card readers purchased through Terminal are final sale and are not eligible for the 30 day refund policy like other hardware. ## Warranty Replacements Verifone hardware purchased through Terminal is eligible for replacement under the [one-year limited warranty](https://stripe.com/legal/terminal-purchase). Users can submit a warranty claim for their Verifone card reader directly through their Dashboard. Verifone card readers that have been returned to Stripe as part of a warranty claim are subject to inspection upon receipt. Users are required to send back their nonfunctioning Verifone card reader within **30** days after a warranty claim has been submitted. A prepaid return label for the nonfunctioning device is included in the box with the replacement device. Users should keep all of the accessories for their Verifone card reader. Replacements for Verifone devices aren't shipped with additional accessories. If you have damaged accessories, order new accessories through the dashboard. Users may be charged for the cost of a new device if their Verifone card reader is not received within the 30 days. Users may also be charged for the cost of a new device if the returned Verifone card reader is determined to be functioning and operable after inspection. ## Receipt Functions The Verifone V660p reader uses thermal paper for receipt printing. Thermal receipt paper uses heat to print and does not require ink. Thermal receipt paper rolls are available for purchase through several online retailers. Thermal receipt paper should meet the following dimensions for use with the Verifone V660p: * 2 ΒΌ inches wide x 50 inches long. * Or 57mm wide x 40mm in diameter. Different size thermal receipt paper rolls will not be compatible with the Verifone V660p. ## Verifone V660p The Verifone V660p reader comes equipped with 2GB of RAM. ## Verifone M425/UX700 Users looking to power these devices off or to perform a power cycle will need to fully unplug these devices from their power source and then plug them back in.
