# US, Canada, and Singapore verification requirements for platforms: Due Dates 

The due dates for verification requirements for some types of connected accounts in the US, Canada, and Singapore have been extended: 
* **US:** The earliest deadline for existing Custom and Express accounts to provide updated information is now September 30, 2024. The deadline has passed for all other account types.
* **Canada:** The earliest deadline for existing accounts to provide updated information is now January 29, 2025. If your connected accounts have not provided the required information by January 29, 2025 they will not be able to receive payouts. Their payments may be paused starting on February 19, 2025, if they still have outstanding requirements.
* **Singapore:** The earliest deadline for the updated requirements is now **May 20th, 2025**. If they haven’t provided the required information, they won’t be able to receive payouts beginning **June 24, 2025**, and won't be able to accept payments beginning **July 15, 2025. New Custom connected accounts** created on or after **April 29, 2025** must meet the updated requirements during onboarding, otherwise, they won’t be able to accept payments
Requirements for individual accounts will take effect on a rolling schedule. The dates listed above are the earliest possible deadlines.
