# URL requirements for Stripe India users

In addition to providing a valid business website, Stripe India users are required to submit additional URLs that clearly indicate: their product or service’s terms and conditions, the timelines for processing returns and refunds per the [Guidelines on Regulation of Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways](https://rbidocs.rbi.org.in/rdocs/notification/PDFs/NT17460E0944781414C47951B6D79AE4B211C.PDF), and their privacy policy.
### What URLs are required?
In addition to a valid business website, the following URLs must be provided to activate your account:
* Terms and Conditions (T&C)
* Return/Refund/Cancellation policy
* Privacy policy
**Return/Refund/Cancellation policy**
The URL must contain information on:
* Whether the product/service is refundable or cancellable
* Where applicable conditions to qualify for a refund/return/cancellation, how to initiate the refund/return/cancellation and the timeline for processing the refund/return/cancellation
* Shipping/delivery policy
