# Updates on a refund for a purchase made through Stripe

_This page contains information intended for customers of businesses that use Stripe._
If you got a refund from a business using Stripe, it might take between 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and show on your bank statement. If you haven’t gotten the refund after 10 business days, please contact the business. Stripe is not authorized to give updates on refunds to anyone other than the business you purchased from.
