Received an unrecognized Stripe login email

Stripe emails you when your account is accessed from a new device and location. If you received an unrecognized login email and you don’t recognize the login:

  1. Review your Stripe login sessions. See information about your past Stripe logins and sign out of any suspicious sessions.
  2. Enable two-step authentication. Two-step authentication provides an additional security measure in addition to your password to protect your Stripe account.
  3. Reset your Stripe password. This prevents future access to your account if someone logged into without your permission
