If you operate a private company, partnership or non-profit organisation located in Singapore, review your legal entity information in the Dashboard. You are required to verify your business and beneficial owners who own more than 25% of your business. If no beneficial owners hold more than a 25% stake, we'll need to verify business owners with a stake greater than 10%. Stripe will cross-reference the account information that you've provided with the relevant Singaporean legal registries. We will verify the following details:

Should your submitted information on Stripe not match or be absent from the registry data, we recommend updating your information with the registry board, or reviewing and updating the details submitted to Stripe. Until an exact match is made, you might face restrictions on accepting payments or receiving payouts to your bank account.
