If the system says the verification code you entered is incorrect, request a new code and enter it as soon as it’s received. Codes expire after a short time for security purposes.

Restart your phone to refresh network connectivity and try two-step authentication again.

Locked out and need to access your account immediately?

You can sign in using your backup code or remove two-step authentication from your account.
