Trouble Activating a Payment Method

Issue

A payment method is showing as inactive on my Stripe account.

Resolution

If you have activated an additional payment method in your Dashboard, the method might show as "inactive" depending on the availability.

Payment Methods in Open Preview

The activation process might take a few hours. If you have activated a payment method in open preview and it has remained in Pending status longer than expected, contact Stripe Support.

Payment Methods in Closed Preview

You can Request an Invite through your Dashboard. We will reach out once we are able to support that payment method for your account.
