# Treasury: Transfers

You can transfer money from your financial account to your external bank account. There’s no fee to transfer funds to your bank accounts that are linked to your Stripe account. ## Is there a limit on the amount I can transfer to my external bank account?
Yes. Limits vary depending on the country and the payment rail used.
Minimum Payout Amount for US: 0.01 USD
Maximum Payout Amounts for US:
* Wire: 10,000,000 USD
* Standard: 1,000,000 USD
* Instant: 9,999 USD
Minimum Payout Amount for UK: 0.01 GBP, 0.01 EUR, 0.01 USD
Maximum Payout Amounts for UK:
* Standard GBP: 1,000,000 GBP
* Standard USD: 1,000,000 USD

## My transfer failed. What can I do?
If your transfer failed, first check the reason for the failure in your Stripe Dashboard. Failures often happen due to incorrect bank details. After addressing the issue, you can initiate the transfer again. If problems persist, contact Stripe Support for assistance.
## I haven’t received my transfer yet. What can I do?
* Check the status of the transfer in your Stripe Dashboard
* If the status is **Paid** or **Posted**, the payment has been sent to your bank
* Contact your bank and provide them with the Trace ID (available in your Stripe Dashboard)
* If your bank can't locate the payment, ask for a written statement confirming this
* Contact Stripe Support with this statement for further assistance
## Can I reverse an transfer?
If you believe a reversal is necessary - either due to a mistaken transfer or suspected fraudulent activity - you can request a reversal by contacting Stripe Support. Stripe will attempt to reverse the outbound payment or transfer and return the funds to your account, however, Stripe can't guarantee the success of the reversal.
