# Treasury Fee Credit Rewards

If you use Treasury in the US or Australia (in Private Preview), you can earn annual [fee credits](https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-fee-credits) equal to 1% of your financial account balance when you hold more than 2,000 USD / USDC / AUD. Stripe automatically applies these credits to [eligible fees](https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-fee-credits#credit-eligibility).
You can find out more on [how fee credit rewards work](https://docs.stripe.com/treasury/balance-rewards).
## Which markets is this available in?
This is available to all US-based direct Treasury users, and is in private preview for AU direct Treasury users.
## Do I need to enroll into this?
There is no separate enrollment step. All eligible US / AU direct Treasury users are enrolled automatically.
## Can fee credits be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash?
No. Fee credits are cashless, account-specific, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Stripe applies credits automatically according to [eligibility](https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-fee-credits#credit-eligibility).
## Which fees can the credits be used to offset?
You can apply Stripe fee credits to most Stripe fees. In the Stripe Dashboard, you can see which Stripe fees are eligible for each credit on the credit details page.
Some fees aren’t enabled by default due to how they’re charged. For credits to apply to fees such as blended card payments or local payment method payments, you have to [change the way these fees are charged and opt in to standalone fees](https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-fee-credits#opt-in-to-standalone-fees).
## What changes when I opt in to standalone fees?
[Standalone fees](https://docs.stripe.com/standalone-fees) provide an alternative method for Stripe to apply its transaction fees. When you opt in to standalone fees, you will receive the full payment amount instead of a payment net of its fees, and Stripe will post the fee separately (typically within 36 hours).
For example:
* **Inline fees**: For a 100 USD transaction with a 3 USD Stripe fee, you receive 97 USD immediately, with a 3 USD fee applied in real time.
* **Standalone fees**: For the same 100 USD transaction and 3 USD Stripe fee, you initially receive the full 100 USD. We then apply the 3 USD fee to your account balance later, typically within the next 36 hours.
This can change transaction details, Dashboard exports, Balance Transactions API data, and custom reconciliation. To view and reconcile fee credits, use the [All fees report](https://dashboard.stripe.com/reports/all-fees) as your primary source for fee reporting.
## When will my fee credits be issued?
Rewards calculated during the current month will be credited in the beginning of the following month
## Where can I see my fee credits?
You can view issued credits, remaining amounts, usage, and expiration dates in the Dashboard under **Settings → Plans and fees → Fee credits**. .
## Will fee credits expire?
Yes. Fee credits will expire 12 months after they are issued.
## What happens when a credit expires or is insufficient?
Once fee credits expires after 12 months or is depleted, eligible fees return to the normal payment method (usually the Stripe balance). If a credit covers only part of a fee, the remainder will be covered by the Stripe balance.
The [All fees report](https://dashboard.stripe.com/reports/all-fees) will provide the clearest unified view of these split payments.
