# Treasury: Eligibility and onboarding

### Stripe Treasury is being gradually rolled out to eligible users in the US and UK. Here's what you need to know about onboarding and eligibility.
---
### How do I know if I’m eligible to use Treasury?
Eligible users will receive an email and an in-dashboard notification when their account receives access to Treasury. If you haven't received this notification, you're not currently eligible.
### I have multiple Stripe accounts, and one is eligible and the others are not.
Eligibility is determined on an account-by-account basis. It's possible for one of your Stripe accounts to be eligible while others aren’t. We don't know when Treasury will become available to a certain user and can’t speed up the process for individual accounts. The rollout is gradual to ensure a smooth experience for all users. If someone you know has access and you don't, it's likely due to differences in account characteristics or timing in our phased rollout. Check your Dashboard and email for updates on your eligibility status.
### What kind of information do I need to provide for onboarding?
For most users, onboarding is automatic and doesn't require additional steps. Some users may need to provide additional Know Your Customer (KYC) information to comply with financial regulations. If this applies to you, you'll be prompted during the onboarding process.
### I was notified that I’m not eligible for Treasury. Can I appeal this decision?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept appeals for our eligibility decisions.
