# Treasury: Card shipping

### Stripe provides standard shipping for your cards. Each card is attached to a carrier and shipped in an envelope addressed directly to the cardholder.

### Where can I see details about the status of my order?
Once the card is shipped, we don't have further insights regarding its status. However, you can see the following details for individual cards:
* Shipping address
* Carrier information (US: FedEx; UK: Royal Mail)
* Estimated delivery date (along with status, such as pending or shipped)
To see an individual card’s details, click [Cards](https://dashboard.stripe.com/cards) from the left sidebar of the Dashboard, click the card, then scroll to see shipping information on the right-hand side. &nbsp;&nbsp;
### Why can’t I see different shipping options when ordering cards?
We only offer standard shipping without a tracking number.
The estimated time of arrival is 10 business days. If the cardholder has not received their card by this time, reach out to Support.
### Where is my tracking number?
We don’t provide tracking numbers for card orders.
### How much does it cost to create cards?
There are no fees for cards created.
### What’s the maximum number of cards that I can create?
* Physical card limit: 2 per cardholder
* Virtual card limit: 20 per cardholder
* Total card limit: 100 per Stripe account
