# Treasury: Card disputes

### When a transaction issue arises, you have the option to dispute the charge. Common concerns include fraud, failure to receive a product or service, or processing errors.
### Stripe provides a guided process through the Dashboard for submitting disputes and tracking them until resolution. this process typically takes 30 to 90 days.

### Where can I submit a dispute?
Find the transaction you want to dispute from Balances or Transactions.
From the Balances page:
* Navigate to **Balances**.
* Click **Manage Cards,** or access this directly via the Card Navigation Menu Shortcut.
* Select the desired card.
* Choose the transaction.
* Click **Dispute** in the top right corner and fill out the required information.
From the Transactions page:
* Go to **Transactions**.
* Select **All Activity**.
* Navigate to your financial account.
* Choose the transaction.
* Click **Dispute** and fill out the required information.
### Can I edit my disputes once submitted?
Once a dispute is submitted, **you can’t modify the information or resubmit the dispute**.
### Can I resubmit a dispute if I disagree with the outcome?
Once the dispute has been resolved you can’t resubmit it or appeal the decision.
### My card was stolen and I’m noticing fraudulent transactions. Can I submit disputes in bulk?
You can’t file multiple disputes for cards at the same time through the Dashboard. Reach out to Support if you need to file disputes in bulk.
