Terminal support for attended and semi-attended scenarios

Terminal's pre-certified readers and Tap to Pay can support a setup that's attended or semi-attended but cannot currently support unattended.

Attended terminals indicate staff support is available, either per terminal or per location. This includes semi-attended scenarios, where a customer independently interacts with the terminal, but where a representative/attendant may be available in the store or somewhere nearby if needed.

Unattended terminals indicate that no staff is on location to help the customer if needed, and also includes permanent outdoor devices suitable for variable weather conditions.
