# Terminal in Japan

Stripe Terminal is available in [public preview](https://docs.stripe.com/release-phases) to users in Japan. In Japan, Terminal supports in-person payments in Japanese yen (JPY). To integrate Terminal, see our [docs](https://docs.stripe.com/terminal).
## Devices
Stripe Terminal supports the [Stripe Reader S700 (wi-fi only)](https://stripe.com/terminal/s700), [S710 (cellular + wi-fi)](https://stripe.com/terminal/s710), [BBPOS WisePad 3](https://stripe.com/terminal/wisepad3), and [Tap to Pay on iPhone](https://stripe.com/terminal/tap-to-pay) in Japan.
## Payment methods
With Terminal in Japan you can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover cards.
Additionally, the Stripe Reader S700/S710 supports [QR code payments](https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/payments/additional-payment-methods) for PayPay (private preview). To request access to PayPay, reach out to our [sales team](https://stripe.com/jp/contact/sales).
Currently, Terminal doesn't support FeliCa contactless payments, including transit cards (such as Suica and Pasmo), iD, or QUICPay.
## Hardware ordering and returns
When ordering Terminal hardware you need to provide your shipping address using English characters on the checkout form, as orders are shipped internationally.
Delivery for Terminal hardware orders can take longer than 3 business days. You can track your order to see when it will arrive.
If you have a problem with your device, you can replace it as part of your [one-year limited warranty](https://stripe.com/terminal-purchase/legal#limited-hardware-warranty). [Contact us](https://support.stripe.com/contact?email=true) from the Stripe account that placed the original hardware order to report your issue. You’ll need to provide the serial number of the device along with a description of the issue you are experiencing.
