To receive payouts from your Stripe account in Brazil, you will need:

• A current account under the CPF or CNPJ associated with your Stripe account. A mismatch in this information will cause payouts to fail.
  • If your Stripe account type is Pessoa Física, the bank account added must be associated with the same CPF.
  • If your Stripe account type is Pessoa Jurídica, the bank account must be associated with the same CNPJ (including ME and MEI accounts).
• A Brazilian-based bank account that's BRL denominated to receive your Stripe payouts.
• To receive payouts from Stripe, your bank must be a domiciled institution as per the Central Bank regulation. You can check the full list of domiciled institutions here.
  • If your bank is not listed as an option to receive payouts, it's possible that it is not a domiciled institution and thus is not supported. In this case, you will need to add a supported bank to receive payouts to.
  • If the financial institution you are looking for is listed as a INSTITUICAO DOMICILIO in the document linked above but is still not visible in the Dashboard, please contact us.
• Enter your bank account number with numbers only (no hyphens), including the digit.
  • For Caixa Econômica Federal account holders, the current account should have 12 digits; it must include the operation code (three digits): 001, 002, 003, and the current account (nine digits, including zeros): E.g.: 001000456789.
