Our Connect product is a powerful API and set of tools used to route payments between a business, customers, and recipients who need to get paid. It powers payments for business models like marketplaces and software platforms.
There are certain restrictions on Connect for Stripe Thailand that you should be aware of:
We support Standard, Express, and Custom Connect
For Custom Connect integration, to ensure a seamless user experience, we recommend using our Connect onboarding – if using API integration, selfie verification is not supported and you will need to redirect the user to the Connect onboarding to complete the selfie verification
We do not support top-ups to your platform account
We do not support separate charges and transfer
We do not support destination charges
We only support cross-border platforms (i.e. platforms outside Thailand with connected accounts in Thailand and vice versa) with no application fee
Express and Custom accounts belonging to certain industries are not supported

Stripe accounts based in Thailand might have limited support for most plugins (i.e. Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce).
