Our Connect product is a powerful API and set of tools used to route payments between a business, customers, and recipients who need to get paid. It powers payments for business models like marketplaces and software platforms.
There are certain restrictions on Connect for Stripe Thailand that you should be aware of:
- Depending on your preferred integration, we may require you to engage with our sales team.
- To ensure a seamless user experience, we recommend using our Connect onboarding. If using an API integration, selfie verification is not supported and you will need to redirect the user to the Connect onboarding to complete the selfie verification.
- We do not support top-ups to your platform account
- We do not support separate charges and transfer.
- Connected accounts belonging to certain industries, for whom the platform is responsible for incurred losses, are not supported.

Stripe Thailand Plugins
Stripe accounts based in Thailand might have limited support for most plugins (i.e. Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce).
