Stripe support request authentication process

Our users’ account security is extremely important to us here at Stripe. As a result, we can only give out specific information or take certain actions on a Stripe account if you have definitely authenticated yourself as a user on that account.

This may result in an an email from Stripe with the subject line “Confirm that you sent the support request.” This email will provide an option to authenticate the support request you submitted by clicking a link and signing into your Stripe account.

Alternatively, you can log into your Stripe account, navigate to the URL below, and resend your email to us using the form there:

Sending a message using that form while logged in will securely authenticate it to the Stripe account you are writing in from.
