# Sign-in issues for Stripe Connect users on mobile devices

### Stripe Dashboard users
If you can't log in with your Google account on mobile devices, set up a password in the Stripe Dashboard:
1. In a new browser window, log in to the [Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/login) using your Google account.
1. Open your [Personal details](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/user).
1. Click **Edit** and then **Set password**.
1. Create a strong password and confirm it.
After setting a password, use it to log in directly to your Stripe account on mobile devices without relying on Google authentication.
### Express dashboard users

### Custom dashboard users
* This means your business is connected to a platform that uses Stripe to process payments, but that platform fully controls your account and dashboard experience.
* Use that platform to access your account dashboard.
