Save cards for future use

You can save contact and contactless cards at the point of sale for future use online using the Setup Intents API with Stripe Terminal.

If you are using the readReusableCard methods to save cards in the United States today, we intend to maintain support for these methods until early 2023, but encourage you to migrate to SetupIntents and add support for contactless saved cards.

The Setup Intents API is available in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, the UK, and the US and is compatible with all BBPOS readers and Stripe Reader M2.
