Reporting an unauthorized charge on your Stripe Corporate Card
If you notice a charge on your Corporate Card that you did not authorise, you can dispute the transaction through the Corporate Card Dashboard:
Log in to your Dashboard and select the Transactions page under Corporate Card.
Select the "..." option at the top right (located under Export).
Select Dispute transaction and provide the required information to submit.
In the event of unauthorised charges on your card, you should also report the card as compromised immediately, to prevent further fraudulent charges. See Reporting a lost, stolen or damaged Stripe Corporate Card.
The cardholder or any administrator on the Corporate Card account can report the card as stolen or lost.
