Received Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) email for unused Stripe account

If you no longer process charges through a Stripe account that has received an email about Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), no action is necessary. If you have another active Stripe account and you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), charges created through that account will be subject to SCA regulation and updates to your integration are necessary.

If you are unsure which Stripe account the email applies to, you can click on the Visit the Dashboard link in the email, and it will redirect to the impacted Stripe account.
