# Przelewy24 (P24) onboarding requirements

[Przelewy24 (P24)](https://www.przelewy24.pl/en) is a Poland-based payment method aggregator that allows customers to complete transactions online using bank transfers and other methods. Bank transfers account for 30% of online payments in Poland and P24 provides a way for customers to pay with over 165 banks.

### **What’s changing?**
P24 revised its risk tolerance and acceptable use policy. The new additional [business requirement](/questions/przelewy24-%28p24%29-onboarding-requirements#additional-business-requirements)s and updated [prohibited categories](/questions/przelewy24-%28p24%29-onboarding-requirements#prohibited-business-categories) are applicable to new users who want to enable P24 after Jun 2, 2025. Existing P24 users can continue processing payments.
The new [website/app information requirements](/questions/przelewy24-%28p24%29-onboarding-requirements#web-app-requirements) apply to all the users.
### **What’s the impact of not meeting the requirement?**
Przelewy24 has the right to suspend or terminate your use of Przelewy24 for breaching the prohibited business categories or failing to meet the website/app requirements.
### Additional business requirements
To accept P24 payments, users must provide the following information:
* A company tax ID or VAT
* A valid business URL
Due to the new requirement, non-Polish connected accounts that are individuals, sole proprietors, non-profits, and partnerships will no longer be supported for P24.
### Prohibited business categories
In addition to the industry and business categories listed in Stripe’s [Prohibited and restricted businesses](https://stripe.com/restricted-businesses) list, the following categories are prohibited from using P24:
* Dropshipping businesses
* Automotive sales, services, and rentals
* Specialty food retail
* Pawn shops
* Higher education and vocational training services
* Healthcare providers and medical services
* Entertainment and event promotion services
* Information technology and telecommunications services
* Advertising agencies and marketing services
* Real estate management and brokerage services
### Website/app information requirements
P24 requires that your website or app be publicly available and contain the following information:
* A list of the products and services you sell and their prices
* Your company’s legal details, including: address, tax number, and registration number
* Links to your refund policy and privacy policies
### **Alternative payment method options in Poland**
Cards and [BLIK](https://docs.stripe.com/payments/blik) remain widely accepted in Poland and are not subject to the new requirements.
