All card receivables in Brazil can be negotiated (usually with financial institutions) or be impacted by a judicial procedure. Stripe, as required by law, will report all receivables to the relevant centralized receivables registration systems and will follow their instructions in respect of who is the beneficiary of the payout, which could be you (the user) or relevant third parties (usually financial institutions).
To see more information about your card receivables see the Financial Reports section of the Dashboard. Select the desired term and download a report with a breakdown of your past and active card receivables, as well as contracts that may have affected them.
Contact Support if you need to open a dispute with respect to any information associated with your cards receivables, if you do not acknowledge the existence of an assignment or encumbrance over your card receivables, or to dispute the amount/value of your card receivables subject to any such assignment or encumbrance. Stripe will take the necessary measures as an intermediary, pursuant to the applicable regulations.
