# Onboarding to dispute prevention

Enrolling in Stripe's dispute prevention preview powered by Verifi doesn't require coding. Follow these steps to get started:
### Join the waitlist
To [request an invitation](https://docs.stripe.com/disputes/verifi-beta#request-an-invite), submit an email associated with your Stripe account through the [Stripe Docs](https://docs.stripe.com/disputes/verifi-beta). When logged in, this action automatically links your account ID to the submission, helping expedite enrollment.
### Complete onboarding checklist in the Dashboard
After processing your request, Stripe will integrate your account into the Dashboard experience. [Complete these Dashboard tasks](https://dashboard.stripe.com/disputes/activate-dispute-prevention) so that Stripe can finalize enrollment:
**Add your business details**
* Your business information is shared with customers upon card issuer request. Confirm your business name, URL, and phone number to ensure accuracy.
**View and approve agreement with Stripe**
* During the public preview, review the terms and conditions and accept pricing in the Dashboard.
**Decide when to refund disputes**
* Finally, define conditions for when you'd like to automatically refund a dispute. Learn how to [create dispute resolution rules](https://docs.stripe.com/radar/rules/disputes) directly in the Dashboard using Radar.
### Wait for confirmation
After finishing the Dashboard onboarding checklist, Stripe compiles your onboarding profile and submits it to Verifi for finalization. Verifi may take up to _10 additional business days_ to review and implement the requested configuration.
After this, you'll gain access to a new [**Prevented**](https://dashboard.stripe.com/disputes?statuses%5B0%5D=prevented) tab in the Disputes section of your Dashboard. You'll also have access to [dispute prevention reporting](https://dashboard.stripe.com/disputes/reports).
