# Not receiving FPX payouts

If you are not receiving FPX payouts, ensure that you have provided a valid Business Registration Number (BRN) on your account application. Once you have submitted your BRN, we will take 5-7 days to verify your BRN and you should receive your payouts if the BRN is valid.
