# My user is encountering an error when linking their account. What does the error mean?

**Your bank is currently unavailable/Your bank is undergoing maintenance**: These errors mean that there is a temporary issue with your user's financial institution that is preventing us from connecting to their account. They can choose to try again at a later time, select another bank or enter their bank details manually (if this option is available).
**Your account number couldn't be accessed at this time/There was a problem with accessing your bank account**: These errors mean that there is an issue that is preventing us from accessing your user's account and routing number from their linked bank account. They can choose to try again at a later time, select another bank or enter their bank details manually (if this option is available).
**No current or savings account available/The account you selected isn't a current or savings account:** These errors mean that your business needs an account from which payments can be processed. In these cases, your user will only be able to link a current or savings account to your business. If your user does not have a current or savings account with the bank they have logged in to, they'll need to try selecting another bank or entering their bank details manually (if this option is available).
