Missing payouts in Brazil

If you see a successful payout in your Stripe dashboard but the funds were not credited to your bank account yet, it's possible that there was an issue during the transfer and the funds can be stuck on the bank's side.

We recommend users to wait a couple of days after the payout date – if the funds are still missing, contact our support team with a copy of your bank statement showing transactions from the payout expected date (seen in the dashboard) to the present day. We will reach out to your bank to locate the funds.

It's important to note that when an escalation is needed to locate a missing payout, we depend on the bank to investigate the issue. This can take a couple of weeks depending on the financial institution we are dealing with. Our team is always available for any questions during that period.
