# Missing Indonesia Bank Transfer payments in Indonesia

Kindly follow the step below to troubleshoot Indonesia Bank Transfer issues:
1. **Identify if the user used the right bank account to make payments**
   BCA Virtual Accounts (BCA VA) can only receive payments through BCA bank account, any payments made from outside BCA should go through BNI Virtual Accounts (BNI VA).
1. If the user uses Non-BCA Bank to make payments into BCA VA, payment will be automatically refunded to user's account within 7 (seven) business days
1. If the user uses the correct bank account to make payments, continue to step 2
1. **Identify user method of sending payments**
   Check whether the customer sending payments using _RTGS/Online transfer_ _or_ _LLG/SKN/Kliring_
1. If the user uses _LLG/SKN/Kliring_, it could take 72 hours to reach the designated account. Please wait 72 hours to ensure the transactions are fully reflected in Stripe dashboard (assuming the BCA/BNI VA is not expired within 72 hours).
1. If the user uses _RTGS/Online transfer_, continue to step 3
1. **Identify if payment will reach after BCA/BNI VA expiration date.**
   Identify whether the payment will arrived in the account past BNI/BCA VA expiration date. If the customer uses _RTGS/Online transfer_ when BCA/BNI VA has expired/potentially expired within 72 hours, the fund will be automatically refunded to the user account within 7 business days. If the customer haven't received any refund within 7 business days, please ask your customer to share the documents below:
- Proof of transactions the payment was successful
- User bank account statement showing no refund was issued within 7 business days
