You can view and manage a customer’s information and payment preferences on the customer profile page.
Page overview
On the left side of the page, you’ll find basic information about the customer, like their name and contact details, and a helpful summary of their purchase history, including how much they’ve spent with your business. If you’ve provided metadata for a customer, such as an internal ID, it will also appear here.
On the right side of the page, you can view and manage the customer’s subscriptions, saved payment methods, credit balance, payments, and invoices. You can also see an overview of the customer’s recent activity, or switch to the events and logs tab to see a more detailed history.
Taking action
A number of actions are available from this page.
The Actions button includes key actions you can take for a customer, such as applying a coupon or sending them an invoice.
Keyboard shortcuts allow you to quickly start creating a payment or invoice — just type “P” or “I,” respectively.
You can also create or update subscriptions, payment methods, payments, and invoices from their individual sections.
Finally, you can add an internal note about the customer in the recent activity section.
