# Language support for Paid Support users

Premium Support and Enterprise Support users have access to enhanced support from Stripe. As part of these Support Plans, users can benefit from expedited response times via the email channel, which is available 24/7/365.
Premium and Enterprise email support is currently only available in English.
If you prefer to get support in a different language, we can redirect you to our language support teams if you contact us in any of these languages:
* Deutsch
* Español
* Français
* Italiano
* Português
* 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)
* 日本語 (Japanese)
Support emails written in non-English languages will not see the improved response times reserved for Paid Support users. In order to avail of faster response times, Paid Support users are required to [write support emails](http://dashboard.stripe.com/support) in English.
