# Issuing: Who to contact for support with cards

**Issuing card support**
Due to the different logos displayed on the back of our Issuing cards, it can often be unclear who end users should contact for support issues (e.g. Stripe, Visa or their platform)
Below, we've outlined who your point of contact should be for Issuing cards depending on your use case.
**End user**
If your card was given to you by an entity, you would need to contact them directly for support-related issues. Please note that Stripe is not able to assist end users directly.
**Platform user**
If you are fielding questions from end users of your provisioned cards, you can [Contact Stripe](/contact/login) for support. Please ensure that you inform your cardholders that they would need to contact you for any support issues.
