# Issuing: Common questions about Issuing top-ups

**Issuing timing**
Tp confirm your estimated Issuing top-up timing in your Dashboard:
1. Go to the **Payments** section.
1. Select the **Top-ups** sub-section.
1. Select whichever top-up you most recently made.
1. To confirm that it has been indeed sent to your Issuing balance, it should say **Destination Balance: Issuing**.
1. You can also see the top-up’s Date Initiated and Date Available
**Expediting Issuing top-ups**
Issuing top-ups availability cannot be expedited.
Alternatively, you may also add funds to your Issuing balance by using a transfer from your existing Stripe balance, which will only take 1 business day to become available for use.
**Not able to make Issuing top-ups**
If you are unable to make an Issuing top-up at all, this is likely because your Issuing application is still currently under review and we require supplemental information from you before completing the review.
Check your inbox for a Stripe email from us, requesting supplemental information, and reply to it as soon as possible with the information.
Once we receive your response, we will review the information and get back to you around 1-2 business days.
If your use case is supportable, we will automatically enable Issuing top-ups on your account.
