# Issue a refund to a GoFundMe campaign donor

To issue a refund to a donor:
1. Log into your [Stripe Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/login).
1. Navigate to the [Payments](https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments) area of your Dashboard.
1. Click on the donation you want to refund.
1. Click **Refund**.
1. Refund either the full amount or a portion of the full amount, select a reason for the refund, then click **Refund**.
## Additional Information
* Refunds can be issued for the full amount of the donation, or for a partial amount.
* If you cannot find the donation you are looking for, try clicking **View All Payments** at the bottom of the Payments page.
* Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer's bank statement.
