**Single Person Entities with a US-based representative**
* Representative Name
* Representative SSN
* Representative Address
* Email address
**All other entities**
* Business name
* Business EIN
* Business Address
* Email address

Platforms may or may not have already gathered this information during a connected account’s [onboarding process](https://stripe.com/docs/connect/identity-verification).
