# I suspect my account is experiencing a card testing attack, what do I do?

If you suspect you are currently experiencing a card testing attack, you will want to follow the below checklist:
1. [Identify](https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention/card-testing#identify-card-testing) the card testing activity.
1. [Refund](https://stripe.com/docs/refunds) fraudulent payments to avoid disputes.
1. Add one or more [mitigations](https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention/card-testing#combine-mitigations) to your integration to stop the card testing.
1. Monitor your integration to ensure your mitigations are effective.
If you have followed the above checklist and are still encountering an active card testing attack, you can [contact Stripe Support](/email) with the active charges and the list of mitigations you have already taken.
