Stripe's mobile app is available for accounts that access the Stripe Dashboard, which includes Standard accounts and excludes Custom and Express accounts.
Stripe users with the Support Specialist role don't have the required permissions to log in to the mobile app.
To use the mobile app, you need to enable two-step authentication on your Stripe account. Each time you log in to your account on the mobile app, you’ll be prompted to enter a verification code.
We don't support Google login credentials in the mobile app. To log in, make sure that you have set a password for your Stripe account. This can be done through the Stripe Dashboard on the User page.
To set your password:
- From the Dashboard, click the Settings gear in the upper-right corner.
- Under Personal Settings, click Profile.
- Click the Edit button in the right corner.
- Click Set Password then follow the prompts to create a password.
If you’re still unable to log in and it’s not related to two-step authentication or the account type or role, check that you have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
