How long do transfers take?
The very first transfer Stripe makes to your bank will take 7 days to post in the US or Canada, and can take up to 10 days to post to UK and EU accounts.
In the US, most users will subsequently be moved to a two-business-day schedule. In other countries, we’re actively working to improve transfer speeds, which currently range from 4 to 7 days.
Payments you accept with Stripe are transferred to your bank account on a rolling basis. Though we initiate an electronic deposit into your bank account daily, we’ll actually be transferring payments accepted earlier based on your transfer schedule (listed in your Stripe dashboard).
You may see that this page says “Daily; 7-day rolling basis,” which means you’ll receive funds from payments and refunds processed seven days earlier. For example, you’ll receive the funds for your March 1st charges on March 8th, and you’ll receive the funds for your March 2nd charges on March 9th. (For deposits made on weekends or holidays, your bank would accept the deposit the next business day.)
The amount that we deposit daily will be a combination of all of your charges, refunds, disputes and adjustments for a given day minus Stripe fees.
You’ll be able to pull up a list of all of your transfers as well as the date they are scheduled to be received in your bank account from your dashboard.
