• Swipe left for the settings drawer.
• Tap Settings, then enter the Admin passcode (07139).
• Tap Diagnostics and check Firmware and Config version. You can also see our instructions.

You can check this either on the card reader or via the point-of-sale application.

• If checking from the card reader, tap the Settings button and use the arrow keys to navigate to Firmware # and Config Version. The firmware listed on this menu is a slightly truncated version of the ones listed in our documentation.
• If you’re checking from your application, use the check deviceSoftwareVersion (iOS) and softwareVersion (Android) methods.
