How do I capture a bug report on a smartPOS reader

Instructions below for capturing diagnostic information on a BBPOS WisePOS E or Stripe Reader S700 for troubleshooting system or hardware issues.

  • Swipe left for the settings drawer
  • Click “Settings”, enter the Admin PIN (07139)
  • Click “Sharing device report”
  • Enter information about the issue that you’re seeing
  • Press submit

Please let Stripe support know the report is submitted and our engineering team can retrieve this on our end.
