# How can I find my bank's details in Thailand?

Find your bank's details, such as bank code and branch code, as required for refund forms with the [List of Financial Institutions](https://www.bot.or.th/en/involve-party-open.html?listingType=InvolvePartyOpenListingResultsBank) provided by the Bank of Thailand.
### Find the bank code
Search for your bank’s name on the [List of Financial Institutions](https://www.bot.or.th/en/involve-party-open.html?listingType=InvolvePartyOpenListingResultsBank) and the directory will display your bank's information.
The bank code is the four-digit number starting with 0 displayed below the bank's name. In the example below, the bank code is **0020**.
When providing your bank code to Stripe, only the last three digits of the code are required. A bank code of **0020** should be reported to Stripe as **020**.
When filling out your bank and account details in the refund form seen below, make sure to enter a three-digit number for the bank code (such as **020**) and a four-digit number for the branch code (such as **0001**).
### Find the branch code
Your bank’s branch code is the first four digits of your bank account's number.
For example, if your account number is **000123456789**, then your branch code is the account’s first four digits: **0001**.
If the first four digits don’t work as the branch code:
1. Use the first three digits of the account number with a preceding 0. For example, if the account number is **123456789** try branch code **0123**.
1. As a last resort, use the dummy value **0000** as the branch code.
