# Handling negative balances in your BR Stripe account

To cover negative balances in your Stripe account in Brazil, you can send either wait until you receive new payments or send us a TED or DOC transfer to our Brazilian account for reconciliation (this option is only available to cover negative balances, not to credit your Stripe account).
