Grant access to support messages to your team

By default, only Administrators are able to view support messages in the support center. To enable your team’s access to view support messages in the support center:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click on the three dots (...) next to the team member's profile, then click Edit
  3. In the Support Roles section, check the box for the Support Communications role
  4. Click Save
  5. You'll see that Support Communications is now listed as a role for that team member
