GrabPay refunds can be created either via the Dashboard or via the API
GrabPay payments can be refunded up to 90 days after the payment date.
To request a refund or request support with a payment, please contact the merchant directly and provide your transaction details.
Our merchants are responsible for the nature and quality of the products or services provided, and for delivery, support, refunds, returns or any other ancillary services provided to customers.
