GrabPay Refunds can be created either via the Dashboard or via API
GrabPay payments can be refunded up to 90 days from payment date.
To request a refund or request support with a payment, please reach out directly to the merchant with your transaction details.
Our merchants are responsible for the nature and quality of the products or services provided, for delivery, support, refunds, returns, and for any other ancillary services provided to customers.
