Requesting Refunds

GrabPay payments can be refunded up to 90 days from payment date.

• To request a refund or request support with a payment, please reach out directly to the merchant with your transaction details.

• Our merchants are responsible for the nature and quality of the products or services provided, for delivery, support, refunds, returns, and for any other ancillary services provided to customers.
